How to request a refund

Email support@chartededutech.com with the email address on your account. We'll verify the date and credit usage and process the refund within one business day if both conditions are met.

Refunds are typically credited within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Outside the refund window

Subscriptions are non-refundable once the 3-day window has passed or 51% or more of your monthly credits have been used. Cancellation is always available — cancel anytime to stop future charges and retain access through the end of your paid period.

Billing errors and technical issues

If you were charged in error or charged twice, email us and we'll correct it immediately. Billing mistakes are fixed without exception regardless of the refund window.

Cancellation vs. refund

Cancellation and refunds are separate things. If you cancel your subscription, you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the billing period you already paid for — then your account drops back to Free automatically. You don't need to request a refund just to cancel; cancellation alone stops future charges.

If you want your money back for the current period, that's a refund request — use the steps above.

Credit top-up packs

Top-up packs ($3.49 / 500 credits) are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used. If you purchased a top-up and haven't used any credits yet, contact us within 7 days and we'll sort it out.

Founding Member (one-time purchase)

The Founding Member offer is a one-time lifetime purchase. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, same as subscriptions. After 14 days, contact us and we'll review it case by case.
